A recent KPMG Consumer Barometer survey found that half of German parents fear internet-connected toys could be hacked or manipulated. The anxiety comes after German regulators last year said the talking "Cayla" doll was a de facto spying device, telling parents to destroy it. Winner doesn't take all.
