A total of 266 staff out of a workforce of 302 have now been made redundant, administrators KPMG said. It supplied meat to hotels, restaurants and pubs across the UK. Following January's investigation, major clients such as Wetherspoons and Jamie's Italian cancelled their contracts with Russell Hume.
