Before joining the SEC in 2004, he was director of financial reporting for the electronics manufacturer Solectron and an audit senior manager at KPMG. He is a CPA. Kyle Moffatt, associate director in disclosure operations, will become acting chief accountant of the Corp Fin division after Kronforst leaves.
