BSD chair Linda Ross said she was told to expect a report by the end of January, but to her knowledge, no one from the division has been consulted by KPMG. “So the report from KPMG is really critical, because I'd like to hear the other side,” she said. “I'd like to hear why this is a really good idea.”.
