That sale followed technical advice offered by MMAKS Advocates, alongside audit/accounting firms KPMG and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). According to correspondences seen by The Observer, the three firms were engaged in November 2016 for an initial fee of $710,190 (Shs 2.6 billion).
